Two AI assistants described one company. Both got it wrong.

ChatGPT
“Northgate Group appears to be a services business, though public information is limited.”
Perplexity
“Northgate Group is most likely a United Kingdom based property and infrastructure holding company.”

People now ask these assistants who to call. Scout finds errors like this, and shows you how to fix them.

Sample: Northgate Group is a fictional company.

A website is at its best on launch day. Scout keeps it there.

  • We check it every week.Speed, errors, Google and rankings, read and sorted for you.
  • We fix what slips. You approve every change, and it all sits in one monthly fee.

Scout finds it. We handle it. You only decide what matters.

Once a month, one link shows what the website is doing for the business.

What matters to you?

What do I get for the money, and what could go wrong?

See the plans
  • One predictable fee instead of separate bills for hosting, plugins and upkeep
  • Problems found by us, before a customer tells you
  • A monthly scorecard anyone in the business can read
  • The site and the content stay yours

Is it secure, and who holds the keys?

Ask for the architecture
  • Static Astro front end at the edge, with a Payload headless CMS that can be closed to public access
  • No plugin stack to patch. WAF, DDoS protection and automatic TLS
  • Open-source stack that can run on Cloudflare, AWS or Azure
  • Code changes pass a four-eyes check. Scout’s only automated write is an unpublished draft

Will it win more attention, and can my team still use it?

See it on your site
  • The exact wording to change, not another dashboard
  • The searches your competitors win where you don’t appear
  • Whether ChatGPT, Perplexity and Google’s AI Overviews name you
  • Your team keeps editing, and your agency keeps PR and links

Each plan contains the one below it, and you can move up or down at any time. Limits are operating limits and can be tuned per plan.

Add-ons: managed online store €150 a month. ERP sync from €100 a month, once the integration is built. Blog articles, drafted against your briefs, €50 each.

Questions you’ll want answered.

What does the build cost?

It is a one-time project, scoped up front, because it depends on your pages, your design and your integrations. You have the figure before you commit to anything.

How long does it take, and when do we see results?

We plan on about 12 weeks to build and move your site, assuming your feedback comes within the week. Weekly checks start at go-live, and quick wins come first. Plan on five to six months before rankings reflect the work, so starting later moves that date. You can keep your current design and treat a redesign as its own decision later.

How long am I committed for?

Plans run on a 24-month term, billed annually upfront from go-live. Within that you can move up or down a plan at any time. The site and the content stay yours.

Are we too small for this?

Foundation is €100 a month and runs on the same setup as the larger plans. Size doesn’t change the problem: a website still wears down if nobody is watching it.

Can my team still update the site without you?

Yes. Your team can move sections, build new pages, and draft and schedule posts without contacting us. New functionality, such as a new integration, is built by us.

Will we lose features, integrations or rankings?

We list everything your current site does before we start and carry across what you use. Every address is mapped or redirected to protect your search position. Any migration can cause some movement for a while, so we would rather say that up front. Scout is watching from the first day, so anything that drops is seen quickly.

Does this replace our agency or our SEO tool?

Your agency can keep PR and link building, the work that happens away from your site, and Scout can give them a reviewed brief. Keep your SEO tool if your team uses it. Scout’s difference is that it ties findings to your own pages and turns them into work, down to the exact wording.

What about Google’s AI Overviews?

For the keywords you track, Scout records which searches show an AI Overview, whether it lists sources, and whether you are one of them. ChatGPT and Perplexity are tested separately on the Discovery plan.

Is AI writing our content?

Only if you ask it to. The blog add-on writes against your briefs and a voice brief for your business, and every piece lands as an unpublished draft for you to edit and publish. Nothing goes live automatically.

How does the website work, in plain English?

Like a photocopy of a book. The original stays safe in an editor visitors never touch. Every visitor gets a copy that is ready to hand over, so pages are fast and there is far less to attack. When your team changes a page, a fresh copy goes out within minutes.

The original The copies Your visitors
What won’t you promise?
  • Rankings by a date. Search moves gradually.
  • Every AI answer. We test a fixed set of questions on two assistants. It is a sample, and answers vary.
  • Live Google data. We sync daily, and Google’s own data runs one to three days behind.
  • Forced indexing. We flag gaps in what Google has indexed. Nobody can push a page in.
  • A plugin marketplace. Some things get built rather than installed, and new features go through us.
  • A compliance certificate. We monitor accessibility against a target. Automated checks can’t certify conformance.

Give us your domain. We’ll show you what Scout finds.

We run it on your live site and up to three competitors, then walk you through the results in 30 minutes. No obligation.
